Getting Started with Zita
Setting up Zita for your church happens in three stages. Each stage has its own guide below — find the one that matches where you are.
1. Set Up (once, by your Super Admin) Create your church, build your first guild and role structure, and generate your service calendar. Takes about 10–15 minutes.
2. Configure & Invite (ongoing, by Admins) Review the service calendar, fine-tune guilds and roles, and add your members. Once everyone’s added, ask your Super Admin to send their invitations so your team can sign in.
3. Use Zita (every week, by Guild Leads & Members) Once invited, guild leads build the schedule and members manage their own availability — no admin access needed.

Zita Setup Guide
For Administrators: Use this guide to complete the initial setup of your church and its data. This only needs to be done one time.
Zita Administration Guide
For Administrators: Covers day to day management and administration of the application: managing members, editing guilds, etc.
Zita Guild Lead & Member Guide
For Guild Leads and Members: Covers viewing schedules and assignments, setting up vacation time, etc.
