Zita: Ministry Management Software
Simple ministry management for the people that make church happen.
Everything Your Guilds Need
Zita handles the details so your volunteers can focus on the work that matters.

Scheduling Built for the Church Calendar
Zita generates your service schedule from the liturgical calendar — feast days, moveable feasts, seasonal colors, and mass types included. It fills in the details automatically, and everything can be edited. Churches move feasts, observe local commemorations, and make their own calls — Zita gives you a solid starting point and gets out of your way.

Role Assignment that Respects Real Life
Assign guild members to their roles for each service, with built-in awareness of who is unavailable. When someone marks themselves out, Zita flags the conflict and keeps them out of the available pool. No more accidentally scheduling someone who is on vacation — and no more awkward last-minute calls to find a replacement.

Your Whole Team, Not Just You
Guild leads, administrators, and members each have the right level of access — all working from the same live data, always in sync. No more emailing spreadsheets around or wondering if someone is looking at an old version. Everyone sees what they need to see, and the person running the guild stays in control.

Lead Software Engineer
Holly Starling is the developer behind TwoDogDev and the creator of Zita. She comes to this work from two directions: years of experience working with data and software development, and years of volunteer work as an acolyte and altar guild member — the vestments, the sacred vessels, the careful preparation that makes Sunday happen. Zita exists because that work deserves better tools than a shared spreadsheet and a prayer.
